Jeff is passionate about the learning and teaching of history. Taking a special interest in the naval war in the Pacific during World War II, Jeff has written two books: The Doctrine of Man & The Art of War and Conflict of Intent.

With a focus on history, military science and political science, Jeff earned his undergraduate degree from Georgia Southwestern State University in 1988. Combining his love for history, his interest in the naval war in the Pacific and his interest in new technology, Jeff is exploring new ways to express his passion for history around the world.
